培养基

11965DMEM培养基的详细资料：

DMEM培养基是一种含各种氨基酸和葡萄糖的培养基，是在MEM培养基的基础上研制的。与MEM比较增加了各种成分用量，同时又分为高糖型(低于4500mg/L)和低糖型(低于1000mg/L)。高糖型有利于细胞停泊于一个位置生长，适于生长较快、附着较困难肿瘤细胞等。

所以其特点主要包括以下：

(1)氨基酸含量为依格尔的2倍，且含有非必需氨基酸，如甘氨酸等;

(2)维生素含量为依格尔的4倍;

(3)含有糖酵解途径中的重要物质——丙酮酸;

(4)含有微量的铁离子。
